When you report a problem, tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot or the board’s link helps. Never send us your password: we will never ask for it.
Your account
I can’t sign in
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? to reset your password by email. If you signed up with Google, choose Continue with Google.
Change your name or email
Settings → Account shows them. To change either, email hello@notii.site from your account’s address.
Delete your account
Email hello@notii.site from your account’s address and we’ll delete your account and everything in it. Export the boards you want to keep first, and if you pay for Pro, cancel it in Settings → Plan & billing so it doesn’t renew.
ChatGPT and Claude
Builderii works inside ChatGPT and Claude: they can find and read your boards, make boards, draw and change flowcharts, mind maps, app screens and other diagrams, use Builderii’s AI and leave comments, and link you to the board.
Connect
- ChatGPT: add Builderii from ChatGPT’s apps and plugins, or add it as a custom app with the address

The first time ChatGPT uses Builderii, a Builderii page opens: check it’s your account and choose Allow. - Claude: add Builderii’s connector (the same address) in Claude, then Connect and Allow. Settings → Connected apps in Builderii has the plugins and step-by-step instructions.
Disconnect
Settings → Connected apps lists every app with access to your boards. Choose Disconnect and it can’t reach your account any more. You can also remove Builderii in ChatGPT’s or Claude’s settings.
What the AI app can do
A connected app reaches your boards only through Builderii’s tools, while you’re using it, and acts with your access: anything you can open in Builderii, it can open. It can’t delete boards. What it reads goes to that app’s company (OpenAI or Anthropic) to answer you. See the privacy policy.
Your boards and data
Export a board
Open the board’s export menu to download it as PNG, SVG, PDF, PowerPoint, draw.io, Mermaid or JSON (and SQL for database diagrams).
Deleted a board by mistake?
Deleted boards go to the Trash and stay there until you choose Delete forever: open the Trash and choose Restore. Boards also keep their recent versions, so you can go back to an earlier one.
Who can see my boards?
Only you, until you share one or make it in a team or project. People you invite see the boards, teams or projects you invite them to; a share link can be opened by anyone with its address until you turn it off.
Plans and billing
Free has every feature, for up to 2 boards (the Trash counts until you delete a board for good) with up to 50 components on each. Pro has unlimited boards and components for $10 a month billed yearly ($120), or $12 month to month. Components are everything on a board except connector lines and pen strokes. On a board shared with you, its owner’s plan applies. Some accounts have Pro at no cost: Settings → Plan & billing shows what you have, and the details are in the terms.
Upgrade, switch or cancel
Open Settings → Plan & billing. Upgrade to Pro there, monthly or yearly; once you have it, Manage billing opens Stripe’s billing portal to switch between monthly and yearly, change your card, download invoices or cancel. A canceled plan keeps Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
I reached a limit
Your boards stay as they are: you can still open, edit, share and export every one. To make another board or add more to a full one, upgrade to Pro, or make room: delete a board for good from the Trash (boards there still count), or remove components you don’t need.
Limits and the AI
Every plan has fair-use limits: 200 AI jobs a month per person (they reset on the 1st, UTC), files up to 25 MB, and 100 invitation and mention emails a day.
The AI can make mistakes. Check what it makes, especially anything important.
