Who we are

Builderii (the app at app.builderii.com, its plugins and connector, and this website) is made by Pixel Worship, LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Pixel Worship, LLC. Questions: hello@notii.site.

The privacy policy explains what we do with your information and is part of these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Builderii, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live (or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission).
Give us a real email address and keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at hello@notii.site if you think someone else has got into it.
One person per account. Don’t share your account or make accounts automatically.

Your content

Your boards, files and everything else you put in Builderii are yours. We don’t claim ownership of them.

So that Builderii can work, you give us permission to store, copy, process and show your content only as needed to run Builderii for you: to save and sync it, back it up, show it to the people you share it with, and run the features you use (for example, sending a page to our AI provider when you ask the AI about it). This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups that are deleted on their normal schedule, and the word-free layout references described in the privacy policy.

You’re responsible for your content and for having the right to put it in Builderii and to share it.

When you share a board, team or project with people, they can see it (and comment or edit, if you let them). A share link, an embed or a prototype’s test link can be opened by anyone who has the address. Think about what you share. You can change someone’s access or turn a link off at any time.

What’s not allowed

Don’t use Builderii to:

break the law, or help anyone else break it;
store or share content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses, threatens or impersonates others;
infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
send spam, phishing or malware, including through invitations, comments or share links;
get into accounts, data or systems that aren’t yours, probe or overload Builderii, or get around its limits or security;
copy, resell or rebuild Builderii, or scrape it, except through the connector, API and access tokens we provide and within their limits.

We may remove content or links that break these rules, and suspend or close accounts that do.

The AI features

Builderii’s AI draws and changes diagrams and app screens, renders designs, writes specs and code, and answers questions. It is run by third-party AI providers (see the privacy policy).

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check it before you rely on it, and don’t use it as professional (medical, legal, financial or similar) advice.
You’re responsible for how you use what the AI makes, including code, and for checking that designs it renders don’t copy anyone’s protected work for your purpose.
Don’t use the AI to create content this page doesn’t allow.

Connected apps and access tokens

You can connect Builderii to other services: AI apps such as ChatGPT and Claude (through Builderii’s connector and plugins), and your own scripts and tools (through an access token). When you do, you’re asking us to give that service access to your account, as you set it up. Those services are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for what they do. You can disconnect an app or revoke a token in Settings at any time.

Plans, Pro at no cost, and fair use

Builderii has two plans. Free costs nothing and has every feature, for up to 2 boards an account owns (boards in the Trash count until they’re deleted for good) and up to 50 components on a board. A component is anything on a board’s pages except the lines that connect things and freehand pen strokes. Pro has no limit on boards or components, for the price shown on our pricing and in the app when you subscribe.

On a board shared with you, or made in someone else’s project, the plan of the board’s owner applies, not yours. If the owner’s account had to subscribe, anyone who edits their boards needs Pro of their own; people who only view or comment don’t.

If an account has more than Free allows (for example, after its Pro ends), nothing is deleted: its boards can still be opened, changed, shared and exported. It just can’t make another board, or add components to a board, beyond Free’s limits until it has Pro again or makes room. An account that had to subscribe has no Free limits to fall back on: it can’t make boards or add to them until it has Pro again.

The plan a new account starts with. An account made after following one of our links that’s marked for paid plans (some of our ads use them) starts on Free and can subscribe to Pro, has to start Pro’s free trial, with a card, or has to subscribe to Pro and pay, before it can use Builderii, as the link says. An account made from an invitation by someone who had to has to as well, though it can view and comment on what’s shared with it without paying. That’s settled when the account is made. Any other new account has Pro at no cost. Settings → Plan & billing always shows what you have.

Pro for life. An account with Pro at no cost that was created before 11:59 pm Pacific time on November 13, 2026 (07:59 UTC on November 14, 2026) has it for as long as the account is open, with no card and nothing to renew. That’s Pro as it is at any given time; it doesn’t include other plans we may offer later. It belongs to the account and can’t be moved to another one, and it ends if the account is deleted or closed under these terms.

Later accounts. An account with Pro at no cost that was created after that time has it until we tell you otherwise. We’ll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before that changes, and nothing is deleted when it does.

To keep Builderii running well for everyone, every plan has fair-use limits (for example, 200 AI jobs a month per person and files up to 25 MB), shown in the app and on the support page. We may change the limits, and we’ll tell you before a change that takes away something you use.

Paying for Pro

Payment. Pro is paid in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. Payments go through Stripe, our payment processor, under Stripe’s terms; we never see your full card number. When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your payment method, through Stripe, for each period.
Free trial. Where a link offers one, Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you start it, and it isn’t charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your card is charged the price you chose and Pro renews from then on, unless you cancel before it ends in Settings → Plan & billing, in which case you pay nothing. An account gets one free trial, and so does a card: if the card you add has already had one on another account, Pro starts straight away and your card is charged the price you chose.
Renewal. Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and is charged again at the then-current price, until you cancel.
Cancelling. Cancel any time in Settings → Plan & billing, where Manage billing opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for; then the account moves to Free and keeps its boards, as described above. You can switch between monthly and yearly in the same place.
Refunds. Payments aren’t refundable, and we don’t give refunds or credits for part of a period, for time you didn’t use, or when you cancel during a period, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, email hello@notii.site and we’ll look into it.
Price changes. We may change Pro’s price. We’ll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and it starts at your first renewal after that. If you don’t want to pay it, cancel before then.
Taxes. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include taxes. Where we have to collect sales tax, VAT or a similar tax, it’s added at checkout and shown before you pay; you’re responsible for any other taxes that apply to your purchase.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a while and you keep Pro in the meantime. If it still can’t be collected, Pro ends and the account moves to Free.

Changes to Builderii and to these terms

Builderii changes as we improve it: features may be added, changed or removed. If we ever shut Builderii down, we’ll tell you at least 30 days ahead so you can export your boards.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Using Builderii after a change means you accept the new terms.

Ending your account

You can stop using Builderii at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email hello@notii.site from your account’s address. Export the boards you want to keep first, and if you pay for Pro, cancel it in Settings → Plan & billing so it doesn’t renew. Deleting an account doesn’t refund the rest of a paid period, except where the law requires it.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect Builderii or other people. Where we can, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to export your boards.

No warranties

We work hard to keep Builderii running and your boards safe, but Builderii is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that Builderii will always be available, free of errors, or that content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important (Builderii’s exports help).

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pixel Worship, LLC and the people who work on Builderii won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Builderii. Our total liability for any claim about Builderii is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

If you use Builderii in breach of these terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you’ll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please contact us first so we can try to sort out any problem informally. Disputes that can’t be resolved that way go to the state or federal courts in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them in your local courts.

The rest

If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce something right away, we haven’t given up the right to. You can’t transfer these terms to someone else; we may transfer them if Builderii is sold or reorganised. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Builderii.
